Kirwin Development Strategies is pleased to announce the appointment of one of its principals, Ann Kirwin, to the Commonwealth of Virginia Air Pollution Control Board.  The Board is tasked with primarily considering the adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations, and the issuance or amendment of certain permits. The regulations concern the control and reduction of air pollution throughout the Commonwealth or in affected areas.   The appointment will be a four-year term ending June 30, 2017.
